the following shipping methods:
FREE SHIPPING: Available during online
specials. See our SPECIALS page to see if one is current.
These usually ship USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home
Delivery.
USPS
STANDARD: Delivery Service via USPS Standard
(7-10 day delivery). Please allow 24 hours for order
receiving and processing. If order comes in after 2 pm
Friday or thru the weekend, it is sent next business day
however. Starts at $4.00 and goes up depending upon weight
and distance. Packages under 14oz go first class, but those
above may have to go out parcel which takes longer for
delivery.
THIS METHOD DOES NOT COME WITH INSURANCE. WE DO NOT
RESHIP DUPLICATE ORDERS FREE OF CHARGE WHEN TRACKING SHOWS
DELIVERED WITHOUT INSURANCE.
USPS
PRIORITY MAIL: Delivery Service via USPS PRIORITY
MAIL delivery (3-4 day delivery). Please allow 24 hours
for order receiving and processing. If order comes in after
2 pm Friday or thru the weekend, it is sent next business
day however. Starts at $7.00 and goes up depending upon
weight, value and distance.
THIS METHOD DOES NOT COME WITH INSURANCE UNLESS YOU REQUEST
IT. WE DO NOT RESHIP DUPLICATE ORDERS FREE OF CHARGE
WHEN TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED WITHOUT INSURANCE.
USPS
SECOND DAY AIR (EXPRESS): Delivery Service via USPS
2nd-Day Air. Please allow 24 hours for order receiving
and processing. We put these out with signature
confirmation. If you wish to waive this service, you
must add that to your order or email quickly after. If your
package is returned because it was not picked up, we will
not reship it free. Please be aware that you need to
contact us to waive this service. International Orders can
request Global Express Guaranteed. Starts at $14.00 and goes
up depending upon weight, value and distance.
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Prices start around
$4.50 depending upon destination and weight. Not all
destinations accept this method however. Qualifying packages
accepted with this method of shipment: small packets 4
pounds and under with a value less than $65.00. Delivery
time can be two weeks to a month depending upon your
location, depending upon time of shipment. This service
DOES NOT OFFER insurance or tracking. Natural Solutions can
not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages when customer
choose this shipping method. Natural Solutions does
purchase a Certificate of Mailing on such packages to ensure
the buyer that we have fulfilled our service. Please note
however, that certificates of mailing furnish evidence of
mailing only. A receipt is not obtained on delivery of the
mail to the addressee. The fee paid for certificates of
mailing does not insure the item against loss or damage. If
you wish to add insurance to this form of delivery please
note that Insurance is available only for Priority Mail
International or Express parcels and only to certain
countries.
USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL: Prices start around
$17.00 depending upon destination, weight and value. A
reliable, priority handling to over 190 countries
worldwide. Delivery time can between 6 and 10 days, however
some packages can take upward of two weeks depending upon
location. This service provides parcel tracking, Free
Limited Indemnity for Parcels up to $65.00, and additional
insurance available.
USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL: Prices start around $24.00
depending upon destination, weight and value. Reliable,
expedited service l to over 190 countries. Now available
with day-certain delivery to select destinations. Delivery
time can between 3 and 5 days, however some packages can
take upward of 8 days depending upon location. This service
provides money back guarantee to select locations, tracking,
Free $100.00 insurance, and additional insurance available.
FEDEX
Home Delivery Ground: 1–5 business days within the
contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and
Hawaii. Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and
8 p.m. Available throughout all 50 states. Up to 70
lbs., 108" in length, 165" in length plus girth
(L+2W+2H). FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O.
boxes.
FEDEX 3 Day Saver: Delivery to businesses
by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business
days. Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in
many areas for an additional charge. Available throughout
all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Up to 150 lbs. each;
up to 119" in length, 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
FEDEX 2 Day: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business
days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in many
areas for an additional charge. Available throughout all
states except Alaska and Hawaii. Up to 150 lbs. each; up
to 119" in length, 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
FEDEX Standard Overnight:
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S.
addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Monday–Friday,
with Saturday delivery available in many areas for an
additional charge. Available throughout all 50 states to
addresses where FedEx Priority Overnight®
delivery commitment is by 10:30 a.m. or noon. Not
available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Up to 150
lbs. each; up to 119" in length, 165" in length plus girth
(L+2W+2H).
Orders OVER $200.00: Please note that unless we have
a signature from you we will need to request a signature
delivery upon delivery of your package. You may fax us your
signature with order to 1-330-266-7913 or scan your order
with signature and email it to us.
Natural Solutions - Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath is able to
ship to U.S. Territories or International addresses, as well
as P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
Additional Service that you can request: Signature
Confirmation, Delivery Confirmation (added automatically on
orders if shipping is enough and value is over $20.00). If
signature confirmation is not requested and a problem occurs
at your residence where we have confirmation of delivery but
you declare its not delivered, we can not be responsible for
stolen goods. You'll need to file a claim with the USPS and
your credit card company before asking for a duplicate
order.
When you
place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon
the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected
and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are
determined by the total weight of your order, destination
and service, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products
cannot be shipped to international destinations so please
submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you
would like to discuss international ordering options.
Shipping Notifications
Natural
Solutions ads delivery confirmation to all orders. This
assists us in tracking packages. When shipped, your order
is automatically updated with tracking details. You will
also receive an email with these details. Orders with
partial shipments will receive an email when their first
package has shipped as well as when their final package
ships.
Undelivered Mail
Orders Lost by Carrier:
If the carrier acknowledges loss, we will need to proceed
with filing a claim with the carrier. Natural Solutions
can only file claims on packages that are shipped with
Fedex and USPS Global Express or Priority Mail w/Insurance
added. Natural Solutions will need to verify with the
customer original shipping details given at time of order
to access if Natural Solutions was in error. If Natural
Solutions was in error, a duplicate order will be shipped
without delay to the correct address. In cases where the
orders have been delivered but are stolen or misplaced by
the customer, Natural Solutions will verify with the
customer original shipping details given at time of order
to access if Natural Solutions was in error. If Natural
Solutions was in error, a duplicate order will be shipped
without delay to the correct address. If Natural
Solutions was not in error, the customer may choose to
repurchase a duplicate order. Natural Solutions CANNOT be
responsible for lost/stolen or mishandled packages if it

Limited does not bare responsibility if you've entered
in a wrong house number or zip code due to spelling
errors. Please review your invoice after you receive
the confirmation email after the order. Check for
spelling mistakes or even additional characters for
provinces or countries that should not be on the
invoice. Customers have done this by accident and
orders are then postponed or are delayed getting to
their locations. The customer must pay for the items
to be shipped again, and if the items are not returned
from the post (return to sender method), the customer
also bares the responsibility of repayment. Please
make a note of this. |
