Shipping Fees for International Orders

Natural Solutions-Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath tries hard to make affordable shipping fees, but we need to secure that we will have the funds to ship your order. This is why we charge a high fee up front, but only use what is needed for the order. We refund you by crediting your account the day of the shipping. This way we have your order sent without delays. We notify you by email of your credit as well. We realize that it is a trust issue, and if you've not used our service, you may be reluctant. But choosing to service international orders is also a gamble on our end, as verification of your information is not always possible. That is also why we reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem unreasonable or odd. Please review our return policy for international orders as well.

 

Your Accuracy of Information is a Must

Natural Solutions-Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath does not bare responsibility if you've entered in a wrong house number or zip code due to spelling errors. Please review your invoice after you receive the confirmation email after the order. Check for spelling mistakes or even additional characters for provinces or countries that should not be on the invoice. Customers have done this by accident and orders are then postponed or are delayed getting to their locations. The customer must pay for the items to be shipped again, and if the items are not returned from the post (return to sender method), the customer also bares the responsibility of repayment. Please make a note of it.

What is your store hours?

After December 16, 2007, we will have winter hours. The customer service desk will open from 10am to 4pm EST Monday thru Friday.  We will not have Saturday hours until Spring due to weather and scheduling conflicts. The boutique opens at 9:30am and closes at 5pm EST.

How do I place an order?

The easiest way to order is via our website here. You can browse by specific category or our entire selection at the click of a button. For your ease of shopping we provide you with related categories and/or ideas.

 

To place an order online, click the "Buy Me" button located next to the product price. If you add the product to your shopping cart, you have the option to continue shopping for other items or complete your purchase. If your browsing the site and discover your finished shopping, clicking the "Check Out" button will add the current selected products you are viewing and take you directly to the checkout area.  If you discover that you chose the wrong product and want to delete a selection, check mark the box next to the specific item (right under the remove column-see below) and press the "Delete Item" button on the bottom. If you want to add or decrease (not delete totally) an item, place the correct quantity in the box specified to the right of the item your editing.  Press the "Edit Quantity" button on the bottom following your decision. When finished, press the "Complete Order" button and follow the instructions.

 

To complete your purchase, you must provide your billing and shipping address, telephone and email address, select a shipping method and provide credit card number plus the CVV2 code at the end of your credit card number for extra security. Email information is required because we send a confirmation of your order directly to your email.  Please do not use fraudulent email addresses.  If we can not email you, your order may not be processed.   After you have entered this information, your purchase will be processed by our secured credit card processing partner, VeriSign. After your credit card has been authorized, you will be presented with a final purchase receipt.

 

To phone in your order, please call us toll free if you are in the United States, at 877-232-5359 or for local and international orders, call 1-330-337-0703. We are closed weekends and major holidays. You will need the same information as you would need ordering online to order by phone.

 

To order by mail, please call our office to make sure you send the appropriate amount including shipping. You can then mail the order to us at Natural Solutions, Attn: Jennifer Reed, 465 E. State Street, Salem, OH 44460. You may pay by check, credit card or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to Natural Solutions. Please do not send us orders without your phone number or they may not get processed.

What is a CVV2 number & why do I need it?

An important new security feature for card-not-present transactions now appears on the back of most credit cards. This new feature is a three-digit value which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.

CVV2's Location:
The CVV2 three-digit value for Visa/MasterCard is printed on the signature panel on the back of credit cards immediately following the card account number. On the American Express Card, it is on the front over the last three digits. It has 4 digits.

The CVV2 value helps validate two things:
The customer has their credit card in his/her possession.
The card account is legitimate.

CVV2 is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.

Where can I find information about shipping & procedures?

On this site, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and distance.  We just made the change in June.  Due to the cost of packaging material and delivery method increases, you may see higher shipping rates from this site.

Natural Solutions - Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath ships with United States Post Office and FEDEX and offers the following shipping methods:

USPS STANDARD: Delivery Service via USPS Standard (7-10 day delivery). Please allow 24 hours for order receiving and processing.  If order comes in after 2 pm Friday or thru the weekend, it is sent next business day however.  International customers may want to choose to shop on our other site at www.holisticbeauty.net due to the more advanced shopping cart system.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Delivery Service via USPS PRIORITY MAIL delivery (3-4 day delivery). Please allow 24 hours for order receiving and processing. If order comes in after 2 pm Friday or thru the weekend, it is sent next business day however.  International customers may want to choose to shop on our other site at www.holisticbeauty.net due to the more advanced shopping cart system.

USPS SECOND DAY AIR: Delivery Service via USPS 2nd-Day Air.  Please allow 24 hours for order receiving and processing.  We put these out with signature confirmation.  If you wish to waive this service, you must add that to your order or email quickly after.  If your package is returned because it was not picked up, we will not reship it free.  Please be aware that you need to contact us to waive this service.  International Orders can request Global Express Guaranteed. International customers and Customers in the USA and Canada may want to choose to shop on our other site at www.holisticbeauty.net if they want this option thru internet ordering, due to the more advanced shopping cart system.

FEDEX Ground for business and FEDEX Home Delivery: This service can take between one day to 5 business days depending upon where you are in the USA.  Orders must have an actual street address to have it shipped this method.  If you want a special Fedex service to get it there faster, please call us to see if we can do that. 

Natural Solutions - Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath is able to ship to U.S. Territories or International addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Additional Service that you can request:  Signature Confirmation, Delivery Confirmation (added automatically on orders if shipping is enough and value is over $100.00).  If signature confirmation is not requested and a problem occurs at your residence where we have confirmation of delivery but you declare its not delivered, we can not be responsible for stolen goods.  You'll need to file a claim with the USPS and your credit card company before asking for a duplicate order.

What do I do if my package does not arrive?

If your package does not arrive within 15 days after shipping, please contact us immediately.  Normal delivery for US standard parcel is 7 to 10 business days, sometimes a few extra.  We normally ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and unless your told that the order is going to be held over for a backordered item, you can rely on those shipping days. So begin counting from the first available shipping day from your order.  If your order is placed after 3:30pm EST, then use the following ship day as your guide.  If you've ordered and requested 2nd day express, please note that orders can be returned to us if you are not there to sign for the package. The post gives you so many days as well as notice of a package to sign and pick up.  If you do not pick it up, it could be on its way back to us.  So make sure that you ask to waive the signature confirmation if you are not certain you will be there to accept it.

How long can I wait to make a claim that our package hasn't arrived?

No customer should allow longer than 30 days to call us for a missing package.  Customers have the responsibility to have someone notify us as the USPS has strict guidelines on filing claims. Our merchant service provider also has strict guidelines and no package will be given a refund after 60 days, only in-store credit.  If such a thing occurs because of unforeseen occurrence, then the customer needs to go to the USPS and file a claim, also file a claim with his or her credit card company, and inform Natural Solutions so we may assist you.  If you are filing a claim, than no in-store credit or credit to your card can be given until the investigation is thru to avoid double credit. 

 

If a delivery confirmation number, insurance or any other service requested for your order was given, this information will be important to make your claim.  These services must be requested at time of order however. We do add delivery confirmation to orders over 100.00 automatically.  If you'd like the service added to your order, please inform us immediately.

 

If your order was confirmed delivered and you still claim it wasn't, than you must inform the USPS immediately after getting the delivery confirmation number or other tracking number from us. We can not refund or send duplicate orders to customers who we have confirmation of delivery until the USPS informs us of the results of the investigation. 

 

Customers must be responsible for the package's safety once delivered.  We are not responsible for theft.  We suggest that to be safe, you email us regarding signature confirmation, 2nd day air, delivery confirmation and other services that may assist your package arriving safely at the time of order.

Natural Solutions - Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers by using their information responsibly.

 

Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) provided by you via our information request forms is only used to ship orders and send information about our company to you. Financial information (such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address, etc.) is used to bill you for products and services you ask for. Occasionally, you may also receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers that we think you'll find valuable. But it's very rare. I hate to bother anyone.

What about backorders?

We usually inform the customer that an item is backordered after they've ordered online, and generally give an estimate when the item will be in.  Our customers can request to cancel, exchange or allow their package to hold until the item becomes available again.  As soon as the item is in, we send out your order.  We have increased business and we try hard to estimate your needs, but sometimes it's impossible. Natural Solutions policy is to bill for items backordered so we can guarantee your item.  If the backorder is extended, we will only bill for what is shipped and let you know when the backordered item will be billed.  At times backordered items can be quite heavy.  If we feel the shipping that was charged on the original order does not warrant free shipping on the backorder, we will let you know.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on the weight of your package, the postal zone you live in and the amount you paid in shipping, the delivery of your order can take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days. If your package does not arrive within these time lines, please contact us so we can begin the process of tracking down the order and/or resending you a duplicate order. If an order is late, Natural Solutions-Holistic Beauty, Body & Bath is not responsible as we have a timely manner to which we send out orders once we receive the requests. For those wanting to assure their packages arrive within 2 or 3 days, they may want to call the order in toll free to 877-232-5359 or send a message with the order when they order online.

How Safe is it to order online at your sites?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on all our sites.  SSL is a secure web protocol that uses 128 bit or higher encryption technology to keep our customer information completely safe through the entire ordering process. Our database deletes credit card information frequently, after so many days.  If you'd prefer to pay by check or money order, or to call your credit card info in, then we suggest putting your order together on our other site at www.holisticbeauty.net. We also use the service of Hacker Safe so that we may be aware of any vulnerabilities and fix them right away. They scan us daily.
