Do you need to eat
with MegaFood Nutrients like other brands
suggest? No. MegaFood is a FoodState
Nutrient, so just as if you would eat
broccoli, the body knows exactly what to do
with the nutrients broccoli contains, your
MegaFood supplement will also know. This is

can also chew it. You'll notice the texture

Can the product go bad quicker? It
does have a 2 year shelf life, however just
